More Canadian communities are likely to see court orders forcing condo residents to sell their units if they impede on the quality of life of their neighbors and break bylaws, James Keller writes. "There is definitely a recognition that in order to have successful communal living, you're going to have to have some sort of infrastructure to make sure everyone is contributing to harmonious living," lawyer Nancy Houle says.
