Health insurers might have to correct enrollment errors manually

Insurers report receiving inaccurate information from the federal health insurance exchange, such as children being listed as heads of households, that might have to be corrected manually. Agents and brokers say they have experienced some of the same problems as consumers in trying to use the exchange, and some who have passed exams have been unable to register and receive certification.
