Ind. considers overhauling state's A-F school rating system

The Indiana State Board of Education will consider a panel recommendation to overhaul the state's A-F school rating system. The new system would consider student improvements in testing and add new state tests to some grades. If the board approves it, the system would be expected to be fully implemented in the 2014-15 school year.
