Insurers cancel policies that don't comply with ACA

Insurers have begun notifying some subscribers that their policies will be canceled because they do not provide the 10 essential health benefits, such as prescription drug coverage, required by the Affordable Care Act. A White House spokesman attributed some of the policy changes to normal turnover in the insurance market. Some consumers have expressed dismay, but others expect to find replacement policies that are less expensive overall.
