Those ages 18 to 32, known as millennials, want jobs that allow them to have flexible schedules, work with mentors and see how their work serves a higher purpose, according to a survey. "Corporate social responsibility and good citizenship are key to the millennial generation," says Valerie Grillo, chief diversity officer at American Express.
