Wash. college set to accept second helicopter class

10/29/2013 | Columbia Basin Herald (Moses Lake, Wash.), The

Big Bend Community College and Inland Helicopters in Spokane, Wash., have partnered to offer a new two-year helicopter training program. Students graduate with an associate's degree in flight science and about 200 hours of flying time. The first class began last summer, and the college hoping to get enough students to begin a second class this winter.
