Upstart ad agency Eleven has carved out a niche for itself by focusing on ways to help clients get the most from their money, rather than sweating about winning awards for great creative work. Eleven calls the strategy "media agnostic" and says the mentality helped it get through the tech bust in 2001, when so many other Web shops went under.
