Boutique health care offers concierge service -- for a price

For an annual fee, patients can receive concierge-style medicine from primary care health providers who cater to smaller groups of patients and, in some cases, will even give out their personal cell phone numbers. The fees for the service can run into the thousands of dollars, but the reduced patient loads mean the providers have more time to spend with each patient.
