Arizona resolving minimum-wage law complaints

Fewer minimum-wage complaints than expected have been filed since Arizona's new minimum wage law became effective 10 months ago. Randall Maruca, Industrial Commission labor department director, said no employers have been penalized in the investigation of 40 complaints, although 13 cases remain open.
