Floating village offers interesting side trip to Angkor temples

While most of the tourists who head to Siem Reap, Cambodia, are intent on seeing the famous Angkor temples, the crowds can be overwhelming. To escape the hordes of visitors, try a side trip to Kompong Phluk, a remote, floating village whose name means "harbor of the tusks," a tribute to its history of elephant trading.
