Cox plans big caller-ID rollout in '09

Cox Communications, currently with around 3 million telephone customers, says it will aggressively roll out its caller-ID-on-TV service next year. The company offers the service in Oklahoma City right now; it expects to offer it free of charge to 90% of its eligible subscribers in 2009.
