Connecticut, Iowa address problem gamblers

Connecticut cities located near casinos reported a higher percentage of problem gamblers, according to a report from the state's Council on Problem Gambling. Meanwhile, Iowa reports 1% of adults and 2% of teenagers in the state struggle with problem gambling.
