SBA chief says White House policies are working

Karen Mills, head of the Small Business Administration, says 26.5% of government contracts are going to small business, ahead of the 23% objective set by the Obama administration. Mills also noted progress on lending. "We help banks get that money out into the hands of important and viable businesses, particularly those owned by minorities, women, immigrants and veterans," Mills said.
