Future of sovereign CDS market might be at risk:

The credit-default swap market could be at risk if the insurance purchased to protect against a default by Greece does not pay out following the recent rescue deal for the troubled nation, insiders say. ISDA has said that it is unlikely that the restructuring would trigger the CDS. The situation could cause investors to rein in purchases of CDS as well as government bonds.
