French court rules 2 DIY retailers can sell on Sunday

French home-improvement retailers Castorama and Leroy Merlin will be allowed to open their stores on Sunday, an appeals court said in a ruling retailers hope will open the door for changes to Sunday trading laws. Under current law, shops can only open in the morning on Sundays, and only if they're in high-density residential or tourist areas.
