High school in Miss. finds success with fresh salads

A Mississippi high school launched a pilot program that features freshly made, customizable salads. The salads -- to which students can add chicken, ham and other items -- replaced prepackaged ones, and sales have increased as a result. "We went from 50 a week at first to 159 in one day," cafeteria manager Jean Hilliard said.
