Expedia used LinkedIn data to create talent maps showing which companies it recruits talent from, and which companies it loses workers to, George Anders writes. The project spurred Expedia to revamp the careers section of its website, Anders writes. "My job is to attract talent to Expedia, not to make better talent for Amazon," Expedia talent manager Jer Langhans says.
