Is government information sufficient for lactose-intolerant?

U.S. nutrition guidelines should more prominently feature non-dairy sources for calcium, according to groups who say lactose intolerance is a more serious issue among minority populations than it is for Caucasians. But other experts caution most people do not consume enough alternative sources of calcium, including vegetables and fish, to make up for the calcium that would be missed by avoiding dairy, adding that even the lactose-intolerant can consume small amounts of dairy.
