Heineken announces expansion plans

Heineken says it will change its tactics to pursue "worldwide scale" by acquiring local and regional beverage groups to appeal to younger consumers. Some say the Dutch beer maker has lost ground to InBev, SABMiller and Molson Coors Brewing Company by not pursuing mergers and acquisitions to boost growth as consumers shift from beer to other beverages.
