Chipotle adds natural ingredients, plans for expansion

Chipotle Mexican Grill announced Tuesday that it will use sour cream and cheese from pasture-raised cows only, adding to its menu of natural meats and other ingredients. The company has opened 88 of almost 120 new restaurants planned for this year, and it hopes to open 130 to 140 eateries next year. Its first international location, in Toronto, is scheduled to open in late 2008.
