Give fair-trade chocolate on Halloween, groups urge

Faith organizations in the U.S. are pushing fair-trade chocolate for Halloween, hoping to raise awareness about conditions for cocoa farmers. A United Methodist committee and board have joined Equal Exchange, a cooperative that sells fairly traded products, to promote the chocolates.
