Ark. regulators are close to completing fracking rules

The Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission is almost finished with a policy that would require producers to disclose the chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing. Under the new rule, a company would have to report chemical names and concentrations during fracking, and supply data before beginning drilling, said Larry Bengal, director of the commission.
