Boston park playgrounds get "no smoking" signs

Boston is taking its anti-tobacco campaign to a new level, posting "no smoking" signs in 130 city park playgrounds to protect children from secondhand smoke. City officials say the signs are not backed by any new laws and there is no fine for violations but they hope parents and other park users will self-enforce by speaking up when they see a smoker light up.
