Cruise lines are taking on top chefs from around the world to boost their menus in a bid to attract food enthusiasts. Celebrity chefs currently showcasing their craft at sea include French master chef Jacques Pépin at his namesake restaurant on the Oceania Marina, Charlie Palmer of New York at Restaurant 2 on Seabourn Cruise Line's ships and Nobu Matsuhisa at Silk Road on Crystal ships.
