"Less Screen More Lean" teaches students exercise skills

Physical education teacher Judi Dunphy in Anson, Maine, is teaching students at Carrabec High and Carrabec Community School to skateboard, snowshoe and do indoor cycling to give them skills for exercising after they graduate high school and have no access to school athletic programs. She is using grant money in the Less Screen More Lean program to pay for equipment and to certify teachers as fitness instructors.
