6.6 magnitude quake rattles Taiwan

A 6.6 magnitude earthquake shook the east coast of Taiwan on Thursday, apparently causing little or no damage, officials said. The temblor was centered 28 miles southwest of the town of Hua-lien, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
