Arla's new ingredient increases protein without affecting taste

Arla Foods Ingredients has released a new whey protein ingredient called Nutrilac Hi-Pro Improvers that will allow manufacturers to increase protein content in spoonable yogurt, yogurt drinks, ice creams and dairy beverages by as much as 10% without affecting the taste or texture.
