Cloud-based tool to help small hospitals with ICD-10 transition

3M Health Information Systems is set to release a cloud-based computer-assisted coding application in November to help small hospitals address ICD-10 implementation. Working with Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, Ky., as a development partner, 3M tested the system in real-time scenarios that more accurately coded diagnoses, improving productivity.
