Holiday shoppers say Internet will be their top destination

Online shopping is projected to rise this holiday season, per a Google study, with 76% of shoppers planning to use a smartphone to shop -- 17% more than did last year. Millennials in particular are expected to use multiple platforms in their purchases. A Deloitte report adds that the Internet is the most popular channel, with 47% of holiday shoppers planning to use it.
