Lay's is launching its Wavy Potato Chips Dipped in Milk Chocolate. The chips are the latest product mashup of sweet and salty to catch American tastebuds. The company is limiting the rollout to Target stores during the winter holiday season, but if successful, the chocolate covered chip could be a permanent brand extension. "When you try something drastically different, you have to walk before you can run," said Ram Krishnan, vice president of marketing for Frito-Lay.
