N.Y. town's officials to vote on digital sign moratorium

Officials in Hamburg, N.Y., will vote soon on a proposed moratorium on digital signage, to give city planners time to determine whether a slew of recent variance requests for electronic signs signal the city's sign code needs updating. ISA's Kenneth Peskin spoke against the moratorium and shared industry recommendations, model codes and a video to aid the town in its sign-code review.
