SAP rolls out 4 engagement tools

SAP has announced four new customer-engagement tools and one fraud-management application, all built on its SAP HANA platform. The new services provide real-time analysis and prediction tools for audience discovery, targeting, contacting, mobile sales and customer insights. The services allow companies to add insights directly into operations and organizational structures, said Irfan Khan, senior vice president and general manager of big data at SAP.
