Southwest quietly negotiating with pilots

Southwest Airlines, noted for having the best-paid, most productive employees in the industry, is quietly negotiating a new contract with its pilots. Talks are moving slowly but respectfully, according to both sides. "There's a mutual trust that neither side is going to try to screw the other," said Southwest's lead labor negotiator Joe Harris.
