Lynch syndrome linked to higher pancreatic cancer risk

Families with Lynch syndrome have a risk of pancreatic cancer that is more than eight times higher than the general population, researchers reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association. Lynch syndrome also increases the risk of colon cancer, endometrial cancer and other tumors, researchers said.
