Study: Nuclear expansion would have little effect on Va. waters

Dominion's plan to construct a third nuclear reactor at North Anna Power Station in Virginia would only have a small impact on Lake Anna ecology and downstream waters, an environmental study said. The research, which was conducted as part of the state's directive to preserve water quality in its coastal zone, also found that a proposal to increase the lake level by 3 inches would not affect wetlands.
