European regulators postpone a clearinghouse agreement

European regulators were poised to approve an "interoperability" agreement among four of the region's biggest clearinghouses but have postponed the long-awaited deal. At least one regulator has voiced concern about the deal among LCH.Clearnet, SIX X-clear, EuroCCP and the European Multilateral Clearing Facility. The concern is thought to be about risk management.
