Ben Feder, the CEO of Take-Two Interactive, announced he will step down and be replaced by executive chairman Strauss Zelnick. The company behind hits such as "Grand Theft Auto" and "Red Dead Redemption" is expected to report a profit this fiscal year, which wrapped up Sunday.
