BP, Transocean, Halliburton CEOs won't testify at BP-spill hearing

The CEOs of BP, Halliburton and Transocean declined to testify at a House Natural Resources Committee hearing this week about the joint U.S. Coast Guard-Department of the Interior report on the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. BP declined because it already provided a witness at a previous hearing and said that it couldn't fully comment on the report's findings because of continuing court cases connected to the incident.
