Colleges, grad schools report pre-screening applicants online

Many colleges and graduate schools are looking at students' social-networking profiles as they make decisions about admissions this year, a survey by Kaplan Test Prep shows. Law schools were found to conduct the most online research on potential students with about 32% reporting they found "something that negatively impacted an applicant's admissions chances."
