Minn. governor appoints 17-member health exchange panel

Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton, a Democrat, has designated a 17-member panel that will develop proposals to create a health insurance exchange in the state, bolster health care quality and reduce health disparities. Commerce Commissioner Michael Rothman will lead the panel, which is set to hold its first meeting on Nov. 8.
