Pa. legislator promotes computer-science education

Speaking at the public Science and Technology Academy in Pittsburgh, Sen. Bob Casey, D-Pa., promoted the Computer Science Education Act, which he introduced in the Senate in October. The proposed legislation aims to strengthen computer-science education for K-12 students across the country, to better prepare them for high-tech jobs.
