Voxbone debuts DID allocation service for call centers

Voxbone has introduced a direct inward dialing service that lets call centers draw from a pool of minutes to use for toll-free inbound dialing. The Belgium-based company -- which provides access solutions for call centers -- says the service, dubbed VoxTrunk, offers end-user flexibility by supporting toll-free and geographic dialing and will cost subscribers a flat fee for the phone number and VoIP access.
