World leaders convene London summit to discuss cybersecurity

Officials from dozens of countries are joining cybersecurity specialists in London this week for a two-day conference. The London Conference on Cyberspace will address the rise in cybercrime, which experts say costs $950 billion per year. According to Ross Anderson, professor of security engineering at Cambridge University, as many as 5% of the world's personal computers may be infected with malware.
