$170M Philly university residential tower to create 850 construction jobs

Philadelphia's Drexel University, together with American Campus Communities, has announced plans to build a 24-story residential tower in the city, which is expected to house 1,300 students. The $170 million building was scheduled to break ground today, with the Hunter Roberts Construction Group as GC. The project will create some 850 construction jobs and is slated for completion by the fall of 2015.
