CME Group voices concern about living-will proposal

Jack Callahan, head of over-the-counter clearing at CME Group, says in an interview that the exchange operator opposes a proposal that would use buy-side assets to recover losses should a clearinghouse fail. ISDA has said a clearinghouse should draw upon buy-side assets in a default, but only in specific conditions and after other steps are taken.
