McBee Dairy Farm, a privately owned cow-share farm in Knox County, Tenn. was raided on Thursday by deputies and Health Department workers after health officials learned several children became ill from E. coli tied to the consumption of raw milk, according to a report from WATE. Three or more children were hospitalized. The dairy's owner said customers were warned and plans to work with health officials to test the cows to find the source of the E. coli outbreak. A cease and desist order prevents the farm from selling milk during the investigation.
