FAA defends slow pace of NextGen implementation

The implementation of NextGen initiatives from the Federal Aviation Administration has been slower than anticipated. "I would hope it would be moving faster as well, but we have a very large, a very complex system, and we're making great progress," said Michael Huerta, administrator for the FAA.
