German banks agree to more structured-product disclosure

A group of 17 German banks has volunteered to increase information disclosed about pricing and payout of structured products, according to an industry group. The move comes as the European Securities and Markets Authority and the International Organisation of Securities Commissions consider increasing rules regarding disclosure.
