More restaurants, bars embrace the convenience of wine on tap

Wine on tap is gaining popularity in markets such as Colorado, Illinois and Texas. Wineries including 10SPAN Vineyards have starting making wines designed for distribution in both bottles and kegs. "Millennials understand that fantastic, high-quality beer comes from a keg. This makes it much easier for them to appreciate the quality wine that we are able to bring to them via wine kegs," said Free Flow Wines CEO Jordan Kivelstadt.
