Study: Chocolate may contribute to slimmer waistlines

A study out of Spain found that European teens who ate a lot of chocolate had lower BMIs and slimmer waistlines regardless of whether they worked out or dieted. Chocolate is calorie-dense, but it appears to make the metabolism work harder, which can offset fat gains, researchers said.
